This park is dedicated to Ron (Mick) Andrews / who was born and raised in this district.
His major entrepreneurial achievements are the quarrying operation that he founded – / The Pakenham Blue Metal at Mount Shamrock.
His finest achievements were the formation / of the Andrews Foundation, his lasting legacy / that will continue to benefit the community / for many generations to come.
