Keith Ewenson Park

Situated behind the Upper Beaconsfield Community Centre, Keith Ewenson Park was named in 1995 in acknowledgement of Keith’s dedication to his local community. This involvement included kindergarten and school councils, the hall committee, and the Upper Beaconsfield Association, of which he was a Life Member. He represented the Beaconhills Ward on council for 27 years. Keith also served as a Justice of the Peace for 32 years in addition to chairing the Salvation Army Red Shield appeal for 3 years and many annual general meetings for local associations and organisations.
Keith was awarded the Order of Australia in 2002.
