The original Honour Roll for the 1914-18 War was lost when the Garfield Public Hall was burnt down in the 1930’s.
A new Honour Roll as a replacement for the original and including World War 2 names was unveiled in 1952. This was lost in another fire in the hall in 1984.
The unveiling of this new Honour Roll by Cr Graeme Moore and dedication by Rev. Dr Jim Connelly took place on the 22nd May 2014.
Garfield Primary School has donated their Honour Roll to be on display.

This plaque honours the men from the Garfield district who made the supreme sacrifice in the first and second world wars.
This honour roll was dedicated to recognise the centenary of the commencement of World War One in August 1914.
