was jointly opened by Cr. Kirsty Lottkowitz, / Mayor of the City of Berwick / and / Cr. Lorna Wilson, / Deputy Mayor and Chairperson of / the Municipal Bicycle Plan Committee / on 28^th July, 1992.

This plaque used to be situated on the Princes Highway at Fountain Gate, but has been removed to enlarge the car park beside the Casey ARC late 2015.
