Black Saturday Memorial – Koolangarra Park

This memorial is one of 59 Black Saturday 2009 memorials established in 18 Victorian LGAs through the Victorian and Australian Governments’ jointly established $10 million Community Recovery Fund to assist in community development and recovery after the Victorian bushfires.
